irikolor® has a variety of taper lengths to meet various tattoo style requirements. The X-taper provides 7mm ease in drawing the finest lines while maintaining good control while the M-taper provide an overall smooth appearance by applying thin layers against each other until they contact enough so that only one layer will show at any given time - this makes them ideal when blending large areas such as back, thigh and torso!

The longer the taper, the less ink can be distributed and the more fragile the needle tip is. This means that your tattoo will take longer and require a lower voltage to complete it correctly;

however if you're working on delicate details or going for precise lining then an X-tapered needle with a slower flow of pigment is ideal because this allows you to have even greater control over your artwork.
