Shipping policy

Usually it is the same day the order was accepted or it may be the next (business) day if the order was placed in the evening or on weekends.

We send all shipments on a regular basis. In the case of a large number of orders, the lead time may be slightly longer (1-3 business days).

We are basing the shipping time based on our carrier’s websites. Some delay may occur which are out of our control. 


IRIKOLOR® will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.

* Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 5pm AWST. Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

* In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email or message from our team.

** Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones these times do not include order processing time.

* Shipping times will vary dependant on your delivery location, it takes less time to delivery to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.

* Express orders placed weekdays before 12pm AWST will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day. *Delivery time will then be based on Australia Post

* Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.

* Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

* All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

* Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

Policy Regarding Order Refusal

As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism, we reserve the right to refuse an order if we have a genuine concern that the individual placing the order is not a qualified tattoo artist or studio, or if we believe that the nature of the order is beyond the scope of services we can reasonably provide.

As part of our process, we typically email the customer within 24 hours after the order is placed to confirm that they are a qualified tattoo artist or work in a professional tattoo studio. This step is taken to ensure that our services are provided to individuals or entities within the professional tattoo industry. If you receive such an email, please respond within 24 hours and provide any necessary evidence or information to confirm your qualification.

We understand the importance of upholding ethical and professional standards in the tattoo industry, and our decision to refuse an order is made with the utmost consideration for the industry norms and legal requirements.

It's essential to emphasise that our decision is based on the standards of competence in the tattoo industry and not on assumptions about the individual's location or premises. Our aim is to ensure that our services are utilised by qualified professionals within the tattoo industry.
