Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only, including PO Boxes for most items.
Shipping options and costs
Choose your delivery option at checkout:
- Free Shipping: $0 – usually 7–10 business days after dispatch. No minimum spend.
- Fast Shipping: $7.99 per order – usually 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Items marked “ships FREE” on the product page ship free with both options. If your order also contains other items, Fast Shipping is $7.99 per order.
Items with “FREE Tracked Shipping”
Some items are sent from our fulfilment partners and show a single option at checkout: FREE Tracked Shipping – usually 5–12 business days, up to 15 business days for remote areas. Fast Shipping is not available for these items. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm AEST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with tracking details. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Remote and regional areas may take a few extra days, and carrier delays can happen during peak periods. If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the delivery window for the option you chose, please contact us at info@macsenn.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake – we can update the address only before the order is dispatched.
