Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only, including PO Boxes for most items.
Shipping options and costs
- Standard delivery: $11.00 – usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- FREE standard delivery on orders of $100 or more.
- Express delivery: $15.00 – usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm AEST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with tracking details. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Remote and regional areas may take a few extra days, and carrier delays can happen during peak periods. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at info@macsenn.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake – we can update the address only before the order is dispatched.
