This website is operated by Irikolor. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Irikolor. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders affected by an obvious error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
